Epistemic note
This project constitutes a deductive structure based on constraints and invariants,
not a philosophical hypothesis nor a physical theory.
Its contents are not evaluable in isolation:
each individual page presupposes the full conceptual structure of the site.
Any judgment formulated without examination of the complete context
is necessarily partial and non-conclusive.
The distinction between structural deduction and interpretation
is an integral part of the model.
In everyday language, existence is often associated with duration. Something is considered to exist because it persists over time, can be observed repeatedly, and maintains a certain degree of stability. This association, however, is not a universal principle, but a consequence of the human point of view.
In the Sfera del Tutto model, existence is not defined by temporal persistence, but by structural coherence with respect to a set of fundamental rules.
In physics, time is a coordinate, not an ontological guarantor. Many fundamental processes occur on extremely short time scales, well below any human perceptual or operational threshold.
A very short time interval does not represent, in absolute terms, a “lesser existence”. It simply represents an existence tuned to a different scale.
Saying that a state “lives briefly” means comparing it to a biological scale, not to a universal criterion.
Within the proposed framework, a state exists if and only if:
These conditions do not require duration. They can be satisfied even within a time interval that tends toward zero.
Existence is therefore an instantaneous property, not a cumulative one. A state does not “become more real” by lasting longer.
The distinction between “stable” and “unstable” states is functional to human observation and use of matter. It does not constitute a general ontological criterion.
An unstable state is not incomplete, defective, or “almost existent”. It is simply a state that does not persist for long in time.
In the Sfera del Tutto model, stability is a biological requirement, not a condition imposed by the universe.
The conceptual center of the Sfera del Tutto represents the set of invariants of existence: rules that must be satisfied for something to exist, regardless of its duration.
These invariants remain valid even in the limit where time tends toward zero.
If a state converges toward such invariants, even for a single instant, it exists fully. What does not converge is not merely unstable: it is impossible.
Accepting that existence does not require duration implies that:
Within this framework, time does not select what is real. It selects only what is accessible to human experience.
Within the Sphere of Everything model, the notion of a period does not represent merely a chemical classification, but an indicator of the regime of existence of matter.
As periods increase, structure becomes progressively more constrained: the space of allowed configurations shrinks, while the required level of coherence increases. This process does not favor duration, but structural precision.
The seventh period represents a threshold. Beyond it, matter can no longer sustain a temporal persistence compatible with human scales, while still existing as a coherent configuration.
In the spherical representation, this transition corresponds to approaching the equator of the hemisphere, where the density of constraints is maximal. In this region, duration is not annihilated, but loses its meaning: the system converges directly toward the invariants without developing an extended temporal history.
To say that, in this limit, time “tends to zero” does not mean that existence vanishes. It means that existence becomes purely instantaneous: not a sequence, but an act.
In this framework, extremely short-lived states do not represent a failure of matter, but the signal of a transition of regime. Duration is no longer the criterion of reality; coherence is.
Within the Sphere of Everything model, the equator represents a regime limit: a describability horizon beyond which temporal duration ceases to be a meaningful parameter.
